Hello 絢香乍月san, thank you for your response. I redownloaded the latest program files from ci-en.net, installed and then ran
the game once more. But unfortunately, the crashing issue still occurred, and exactly in the same situation. I screen recorded

Please note that not everything from “0” to ‘49’ exists in the “riona_expt\data\img\enemy\021” folder, there are only 39 in total!
Finally, there is a possibility that there is some cause or incompatibility with Carney's computer environment.
There is a previous case that was solved by setting up the graphics board, so perhaps researching Carney's computer's graphics board model
number and “changing the resolution of the executable file” may solve the problem. In the past
・Manage 3D settings→Program settings→Add→Double click “Ruby interpreter(GUI)~~~” or “Game.exe(game.exe)” →Change “Maximum frame
rate” to “60 FPS”
・Vertical sync→3D settings→General settings→Set to Performance Set to “Performance”
- 3D Settings→Manage 3D Settings→Global Settings→Set Vertical Sync to “On”
etc. solved a similar problem!
If the above three steps do not resolve the problem, please take the following steps and send us the results so that we can investigate in
more detail at.
1. Open “C:\Program Files\riona_expt”
2. Double click “cmd.exe”
3. Type “game_development.exe” and press Enter

キャラクターの移動を行おうとしても、十字キー入力が正常に反応しません。初めの場面でも下方向に移動できないため、ストー
リーを進めることができません。ゲームの再ダウンロード、キーボードの動作確認、仮想キーボードでの操作を行っても症状は変わりません
でした。問題の解決方法や移動キーの変更方法はありますか？

以下の方法をお試しください。
１．ゲーム起動後に「F1」キーを押下し、「画面描画のちらつきを抑える」のチェックを外す
２．１．で表示されたウィンドウの「ゲームパッド」「キーボード」のタブそれぞれの「リセット」を押下
３．十字キーを押しながら「shift」キーを押す（同時押しではなく十字キー→shiftの順）
４．キーボードとマウス以外の入力デバイス（ゲームパッド、左手用デバイス等）を全て外す
５．固定キーが設定されている場合、初期状態に戻す
６．Bluetoothのアプリがオンになっていないか
以上の方法から原因を特定することができます。
特定した情報から問題が解決しないという場合は大変お手数ですが再度ご連絡をいただければさいわいです。

7月アップデートお疲れ様です、毎月とても楽しくプレイさせて頂いております。
遭遇したバグなのですが、
Phase2-1：誘惑パート-足舐め誘惑-の踏みつけ敗北シーンで、【着衣設定】服着脱：脱衣で見ると射精モーションで強制的にゲームが落ちます。
CG閲覧モード及び敗北回想モードでも【着衣設定】服着脱：脱衣にすると射精モーションでゲームが強制終了します。
こちらの環境によるものかもしれませんが、ご確認いただけると幸いです。

The issue seems to be caused by the game not being able to fully load images because the computer’s memory (the working space of the PC) is
not being properly released and becomes full.
Normally, with the performance of your PC, this should not happen. However, it appears that due to the way the PC controls memory, this
problem occurs.
We are currently working on improvements to reduce this memory issue, but unfortunately, we cannot yet provide an estimate of when it will
be resolved.
As a temporary solution, please open the game’s OPTION menu, set 「戦闘アニメーション」 to 「オフ」, and then proceed with the event.
After that, in the GALLERY, you should still be able to view the scenes even if you switch 「戦闘アニメーション」 back to 「オン」.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

内容：不具合
phase3-5のシーン、ギャラリーモードで服着脱の設定を「脱衣」にした場合、パターン1の射精アニメーション表示時のみリオナ右手側の椅子の肘掛けが表
示されなくなっていました。（戦闘モード、敗北回想、CG閲覧モードいずれも）
同じ条件でもパターン2ので、またパターン1でも上記の条件以外では未発生で、スタートや途中セーブデータからのシーンでも正しく表示されていました。
特に進行不可となるものではなく細かな点になりますが、お伝えさせていただきます。
